Orders are ship directly from our Brooklyn studio. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, however order processing may take up to three business days.
Returns
Customers are responsible for shipping on returned items.
All returns must be processed within 15 days of receiving the order. We are glad to issue a refund in the original form of payment as long as the product is still new and sellable condition. Please email info@youngpolypus.com to coordinate a return. Only full price items are eligible for a refund.
FAQ
- Are the artworks and fine art prints framed? No but it will be offered in wooden frames in the future.
​​- How are the fine art prints packed? Small fine art prints are packed and sandwiched between two card boards and then placed inside a sturdy mailer to protect from getting bent or folded.
​​- Can I pick up my order in person? Yes, and please coordinate with us through email.
​​- Do you ship Internationally? Not at the moment.
​​- What forms of payment do you accept? We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
